The owners of this semi-detached home in Chislehurst wanted to create a more spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area by removing an existing load-bearing wall.
The project also involved a complete renovation of the space, including new plumbing and electrical installations, flooring and replacing the old kitchen with a brand-new German kitchen.

Scope of Work
Removing the load-bearing wall required careful planning and coordination to ensure the structural alterations were carried out correctly.
We worked alongside a structural engineer, coordinated Building Control requirements and completed the structural work in accordance with the approved design.
Our team managed every stage of the renovation, coordinating the different trades and providing the homeowners with a single point of contact throughout.
